i was walking my dog the other day and talking on my mobile to someone in germany. the thing that struck me was that i was amazed that i remember watching episodes of star trek and wishing i had a phone like there's (and 30 years later) hey presto!
maybe one day we'll be able to say "beam me up scottie" ...

You're right - O2 Priority Moments is indeed exclusive to O2 customers. While your friend may be able to download the app, he won't be able to use it unless he's on O2.

Oh and as they have failed to deliver the service you have paid for, at the very least you should get it done for free now, would make a play for that one as well and demand to speak to someone in charge, tell them you will get onto trading standards.

BTW, hubby has just said unlikely for it to be connected on Monday as it is a bank holiday so would make sure they do mean that he will come out on Monday!! Good luck!
