We have been Umm-ing ans Aaaah-ing a lot recently about whether to get a new bed or not. And no matter how hard I try I couldn't get my OH to agree to a football bed (or even a Race Car bed like in Friends)
We did however decide on a Mahogony Sleigh Bed, like this
And we also ordered a new mattress which arrived yesterday. No longer do we roll ot of bed in the morning because of the slope of the mattress. And it is Comfy. In fact all I can say is MmmmmmMMMMMmmmmm...Mattress 
The bed will take 6 weeks to arrive.
