It has been a warm and sunny day today- the best we've seen for weeks. Isn't it bloomin' typical to happen just when I go back to work!
I woke up with a shock this morning. I heard an almighty crash! It made me jump out of bed! It was the lamp on the porch falling down and smashing into a million pieces (actually I rounded up there to the nearest...er.. million!)
IT's funny because last night we just worked out how to get the lamppost at the bottom of the driveway to work! Perhaps the porch light committed suicide out of jealousy! And the light in the bathroom blew this morning too. So lots of light related things happened today.

What a shock!
I was once woken from a very loud noise coming from sons bedroom radiator blowing a hole at 5am....now that was a shock as I got soaked into the bargain as I rushed in to see what was going on!
