The Darkness
By CJ
The darkness holds beneath its veil
A place to hide the weak and frail
The shadow guards the truth beyond
So none in light can see the bond
That binds the frightened and the shattered
And those whose presence rarely mattered
But strength within the darkness shows
And strength in shared adversity grows
To overcome the darkened gaze
And set the new found strength ablaze

Sleep

There seems to be a few posts about sleep lately, so I thought I would add mine. Last night I was sooooo tired that by 9pm I was almost dead to the world. So we went to bed. And we slept for 9 hours! Tonight, I am now getting very tired again. What is it? Is it the weather that's really making us tired?
