Last night (at about 1:30am) we were woken by a very loud alarm. After a few moments to get our senses we ran to the window- thinking first that it was a car alarm, But our cars were safe. Then we realised it we the next door house alarm. But the neighbours were supposed to be away in Spain, (Although we knew that the man would be coming back at some point) Tentatively we ventured outside. The Alarm was going and the front door was wide open.........
And that's when we saw him..... The neighbour- Drunk and fiddling with the alarm. He had come back earlier that day (and decided to get drunk first) And he had forgotten the security code. Not only that... he was on the phone o his ex-wife to see if she knew what it was. He didn't phone his partner (our neighbour and landlady).
Luckily we know the code and turned off the alarm!
