I was flicking around the web (as you do) and I came across this site

Now this web site is dedicated to selling big pants! But it is the pledge I was interested in. It says "If we can't sell knickers in size 6XL then it's not on this site"

Is that an odd pledge? Surely if it's not on the site, which is their web site which sells their products, then they don't sell it! Therefore if they don't sell it then it's not on the site! Is that a pledge?

PS: Don't ask me how I got to this site- suffice to say that it was an eventual link from someone else's posts. I won't name names!

And now for one of the most ridiculous and pointless questions ever asked....
"Is that what I think it is?"
How on earth are you supposed to answer that?
"Well considering that I am not a mind reader it is impossible for me to answer that question"
so the only thing you can say is "Well what do you think it is?"
And then they have to tell you..
"Is it a --insert name of bizarre object here-- "
Well why didn't you just ask that in the first place? It kind of makes the original question redundant and pointless...... a bit like this blog post.

We have been packing tonight. Just a few bit and bobs- mostly books and DVD's. Why don't they make boxes just the right size to fit DVD's in? There's always a little bit of a gap at the side... and DVD packaging of different sizes doesn't help!
And Brown tape- I am sure that was stickier when I was younger. But the tape doesn't like sticking to the boxes! Booooo!
I had a letter from a company that I have a monthly subscription with. They have had trouble accessing my bank account because I changed my details due to the fraud. I suppose I may be getting more letters like this soon. I just hope they come before I change my address!
