What do they all have in common? Well I have just watched the opening episodes of the show 'The Lost Room' om sky and I was very impressed. Following on from Lost and Heroes, it is another American sci-fi show which has a good hook.
When a cop finds a key to a motel room, he finds that it can be used in any door and leads to the motel room. From that room you can go through any door with a yale lock!. But the key is one of many bizarre items that have strange properties. The pen makes you burn, the nail file makes you sleep and the bus ticket transports you to a small town in the middle of nowhere. There are many collectors of these artefacts, and in one encounter the cop's daughter disappears inside the room.

So the hook is, they cop has to find the right object that helps return his daughter, whilst the cops are after him for murder.

So last year was a year of new experiences, but what are my aims for this year?
1) Change my job - I really must buckle down to this
2) Carry on dancing - I have been enjoying it so I want to continue, that way it should help keep the weight down
3) Get myself a bowler hat - something I have wanted for ages

What are the chances?

...a group of flu ridden teachers? Because there was a gaggle, flock, murder an INSET of them today.
I had to do so much before today but I just ran out of time. Not being well hasn't helped. But I can't believe how many staff are stricken with bugginess! It's like a microbiologists petri dish in there today!
