I already dislike my journey to work. It takes between 45-60 minutes to get there, and the same amount back! But it was growing horror and impending doom that my journey to work today was adorned with those horrible little yellow signs on the side of the road... the ones informing us that road works will be starting soon and for a long time

So after christmas I am advised to 'find a different route' Damn you road working people for picking the same journey to work on in January. There isn't a quicker route I can take, and any longer route could now be inundated with motorists trying to find a 'different route'
