What a horrid day. Been in the loo so many times- by backside is like the Japanese flag. Still not feeling great- hope I won't be sick again.
And the weather outside is frightful.... hey that's a great line for a song
last night I went to bed early as I was feeling bad. But I was awake most of the night as I was sick 
Now I feel grotty and tired and still sick
I'm also cured up on the sofa under a duvet as it is Freeeeezing!
Now will I get some of Znethru's positive group therapy feedback comments?
