My voice is still going and my throat is really sore. 
Today at work I had more inset this time to do with my outreach work. I have managed to get to a local school where my friend teaches for this other DIY inset day. Hopefully I can get to book an appointment for the doctors as well for that day which I cant do for a normal weekday because I work too far away.
Singing tomorrow (maybe) and if my voice foes and can do a Redwood and if it goes wrong it wont be my fault
