The time is approaching. It will soon be my Blogiversary. ON Aug 24th I will be celebrating my second full year in blogging.
So to celebrate this I am going to look back over the past year in a six part series which I am going to call 'looking back over the year in a six part series'

And here is what happened in August and September 2006

Aug 2006
August 2006 started when my OH and I were on holiday in Derby. And I got this strange photo of me with angel wings.
Meanwhile I was still involved in the redundancy consultation process from my old job, which was stressing out an awful lot of people! I finally officially became redundant on the 12th.
ON the 9th, Blogger Dolls became all the rage. Especially the Subby doll
ON the 18th, I had a revelation about 'things', Pete won Big Brother (against no odds!) and we lost Pluto as a planet
I also went to the Battle Proms, Celebrated my first Blogiversary and celebrated my 100th post.
And on the 31st, I started my new job, where I got treated like an NQT and upset the laptop lady!

September 2006
September was my first month in my new job, where my Mentor turned out to be a Tormentor! The job took up quite a bit of my blogging time (sorry for all the friends only posts) but I passed my first lesson observation with Ming! But that was nothing compared to the bloody cheek of a request I received on the 5th
ON the 3rd I found out what kind of useless man I was.
I got a new DVD player and Laptop, but at the time I didn't have wireless broadband. How did I cope?
The second series of Lost finished and Afterlife started. I first watched Ghost Whisperer and I had a spooky moment of my own.
On the 20th Richard Hammond got injured in that car crash!
