Anyway today my OH and I went for a drive as she felt up to going out. WE went to a nice little place on the beach and had tea and cakes! It really was pleasant. WE then went to te shops so that my OH can show me the new fridge freezer I am going to buy

This afternoon her friend came round with her kid and I had to sit and watch CBeebies for ages
This evening I went dancing again. Back to the sweat pit. And boy did I sweat! It was like s cnene from Fame. And right there was where I started paying, with sweat and .... hard cash! THe bad thing about tonight was that we did exactly the same routine as we did last week, but the good thing about this week was that we did exactly the same routine as last week. It is a great routine! And I could do it! But after it all I was tired and I did a chanelle a went 'hurm'
