'Rush Rush Hurry Hurry.' No I am not turning into Paula Abdul (I couldn't stand working with the Cowell anyway) but it's how tonight could go.
I had a dull day at work, the only highlight being the choir in the middle. However I am starting to get a sore throat and singing was difficult. And the concert is next week. I am determined not to miss this one (seeing as I missed the major one earlier this year). Tonight there is a staff meal in London. They were booking for it ages ago, but I really didn't feel welcome to it. It was only today that someone asked if I was going (and sorry to hear that I wasn't). Well, it's too late now, luv! I don't mind really, staff socials are not my scene. I either sit on my own and clam up- or go over the top and become extremely embarrassing!
Anyway tonight there is a dance class. I have no idea how to get there or how it's going to be, but seeing as my normal Thursday night one has finished, I wanted to keep it up. And I was invited to this one- BY THE TIGER LADY
She will be extremely disappointed if I didn't go But that means I have to try and find where it is, get there,and not chicken out. I am normally shy about these things. I really don't know how I got the courage to go to the last one. Perhaps I should search for my hidden tiger- a bit like one of the Thundercats.
