.... The 'We have no friends in Europe' contest. 
It always amuses me that of recent years we get nowhere due to all this palling up of the Eastern european countries. So really it is not really about the music but a dilpomatic exercise.
Which is a relief, because if it was about the music, then some countries might have to start trying harder
