I got up in the middle of the night (so it seemed) ready to travel to work. The journey was actually quite pleasant; the roads were quite clear- probably due to the fact that all the sensible people had an extra day's holiday. And when I got there it was like I had never been away. I feel just as tired now as I did at the end of last term!
I am sure it should be illegal to go to work on January 3rd.
I wonder what I did last year.... {cue strange wibbly wobbly back in time effects}
Previously on 'Enter the void' written on January 3rd 2006
I woke up in the middle of the night to go to work
Woah I just wrote that. Well what do you know. I went back on Jan 3rd last year!
and bybreakfast time I was having lunch! This going back to work lark is like having Jet Lag, but without being on a plane.
SO the tiredness never goes away
But today I decided to be a Geeky Swot
I must have been going through my good boy phase. If only I had known then that they were going to close the school- I may have been a bit more cantankerous
and participate loads in the group discussions and contribute loads of ideas. So Brownie points for me!
I also have invited the Enigma Project to the school,
Woah deja vu again. I need to organise this again for this school too!
so hopefully they will be able to come. I'd love to see the Enigma Machine-
Seen it. Been there. Got the Ration Book.
and it will be great fun for the kids (Thats in my opinion, but I may have to tell the kids it's the original IPod Design)
And our department stock has arrived- I get so excited, It's like Christmas all over again- even if it is Tippex and Sellotape.
I'm not in charge of stock anymore, so no stashing secret supplies for me
Anyway, home now and watching Richard Hammond 5 o Clock Show
Wow the Richard Hammond show, I'd forgotten about that. I'm glad he's doing alright now after his accident!
