Test Tube Baby, Legs and breast and a surprising amount of voodoo

by cj592 @ 2006-10-07 - 16:27:41

There has been quite a bit of Voodoo around today. I started of the day watching The Skeleton Key, which was a 'supernatural' thriller which involved some voodoo. (My review here) and then I watched The Golden Girls on Living TV (as I like to do on a weekend morning) and they had an episode about Voodoo aswell. Coincidence? Or maybe Voodoo?

A have had a nice couple of legs today. For Lunch! When we have a roast chicken in the week, because there is just the two of us, we tend to have the breast with the roast dinner, and leave the legs for another time. Well I found the legs in the fridge and I claimed them for my lunch! And they were lovely.

I am at the moment watching Brainiac's Test Tube Baby- which is a live Brainiac spin off with Jon Tickle and Dominic Wood (From Dick and Dom) it's good fun- and has involved quite a bit of gunge and silliness. And a message just came on the screen, wishing Richard Hammond a quick recovery- which I hope he does have. And am glad that this project is continuing regardless. Hmm, at the moment there is a large breasted woman bouncing on a small trampoline- I must watch the outcome of this scientific experiment....

Put it away Jack- A poem

by cj592 @ 2006-10-07 - 07:43:54

A poem by CJ

Put it away, Jack
By CJ
When Jack was small, just like most little boys
He had a small box where he kept all his toys
He would get out his favourite car and would play
But when visitors came round his mum would say.

“Put it away Jack. Put it away.
You shouldn’t be playing with that thing today.
You know it’s a hazard and someone may fall
So put it away ‘cos you’re starting to drool”

When Jack was seven and sitting in school.
He was often found joking and playing the fool.
The teacher despaired of the little young rogue-he
Would finger his nose and pull out a bogey.

“Put it away Jack. Put it away.
You shouldn’t be playing with that thing today.
You know it’s a hazard and someone may fall
So put it away ‘cos you’re starting to drool”

Now Jack has grown up and has started to date
And invited to his pad a nice girl called Kate.
When she went to the bathroom he turned down the light
And as she returned she was stunned at the sight

“Put it away Jack. Put it away.
You shouldn’t be playing with that thing today.
You know it’s a hazard and someone may fall
So put it away ‘cos you’re starting to drool”
