I went out on Friday night and it seems I missed the biggest comedy on TV that night. The Charlotte Church show, although I don't think it was supposed to be. I would have burst out laughing if I'd had seen this...
The 'Crazy Chick' singer fell over a cable after performing the theme song for The Charlotte Church Show, and promptly swore loudly.
She exclaimed: "I can't believe I f***ing fell! I hurt my knee. What an embarrassment. I've scagged my tights."
Did anyone see it? Did they show it? If not I imagine it will be on a 'It'll be alright on the night' in the future. Talking of which, does Dennis Nordon do anything else, or do ITV keep him locked in a cupboard and only wheel him out for that show once a year?
One thing I have been watching is The X-factor. Well why not? Looking back in mypast blogs (in fact this time last year) I was blogging about the X-factor then. They are still doing the auditions rounds, which are lot more fun to watch. There was a group(two girls) who I think were called Twice as Nice. They wre dressed as tigers and sang 'The Lion Sleeps tongight' very badly... for that reason alone I was praying that the judges would put them through. They would have meade the next stage worth watching. There was also a guy there who clained his name was Champagne! Champagne as a name. I think he was a bit absent minded as he had two pairs of sunglasses. And it was indoors! I always think it is ridiculous when someone wears one pair of sunglasses indoors, but to wear two pairs is just asking to be ridiculed. Simon said "Champagne! You're flat!"
And I can't go a blog without mentioning football. And Peter Crouch! England one 5-0 against an angora rabbit (or something) and Crouch got the first and last goal! Gerrard and Defoe also scored. Anyone else wanna join the Peter Crouch fan club? haha
