From Despair to Hope

Have you ever seen that film 'Jingle all the way' where the kid wants a turboman doll but dad has left it too late and the only soll thats left is the sidekick? Well I have been having one of those days.
AS you know I have been collecting some collectable figures (I refuse to call them toys) and I want a cyberman figure. During the week I went to The Forbidden Planet shop and they had only the Doctor and Rose ones. When I asked they said the Cyberman figures sold out instantaneously!
So my OH passed an Argos Catalogue my way. There it lists some figures which include the Cyberman, the Doctor or Rose. now the problem is you can ask for one of the figures but the one you get is random (depending which was in stock) Well the shop in Derby said there were three figures available, but I didnt want to pay for one that I had already got (The Doctor and Rose) so I asked to see the ones they had in stock. Guess which ones they had. Two Doctors and a Rose. When I told the lovely shelf lady that they were not what I wanted she looked surprised. "Everyone wants the Rose one" she said. Well surely not everyone seeing is you've got one left and no Cybermen!
And then my Oh showed me this. It is a dalek battle pack that has a Cyber Leader figure in it. Did you all read it? Did it say there is a Cyber leader figure in it? And we checked in the Hastings store and they had one left.
So we went to buy it.
And guess what.
The box had a Doctor figure in it.
Another bloody Doctor Figure.
No Cyberman.
When we complained she said "Well we dont have any of the other ones but it does say that it could be either"
But i dont think it does. It doesnt mention on the website or the catalogue that the pack may include a Doctor not a Cyberman figure.
How annoying is that. Why can't products be as described????
