I knew it would happen. What did I tell you?

Pleasant Pedantries
PS
Questions I would like to know about Space Cadets
1) How did they get around the problem of the time difference. They didnt ask any of them to put their watches forward, or if they had, how would they get round the fact that they are not x hours in front?
2) How did they stop Aircraft flying over the top. In Big Brother, the Sun were always sending planes over with messages. Why havent they sent one over saying "You're really in Ipswich"
Oh well, Sod the pedantries, just sit back and watch it like a good little Gullible fool
Launches, Lights and Bustin'
I officially hate Christmas lights. Not all christmas lights. I don't hate the christmas lights that havent stopped working. And now my Christmas tree has lost a lot of its sparkle- It now just looks like just a big tree in my lounge. Tomorrow I'm going to have to buy a replacement bulb- or perhaps a new set of lights. I hope I dont have to undecorate and redecorate the blasted thing.
Tonight is Launch night- according to the TV guide the Space cadets are going to launch live tonight- or so they think. I know a lot of people are laughing at them and saying how stupid they are for believing it, but I tell you this... If I was there I'd be believing every word as well. I suppose it's the inner child in me that would want to believe.
EDIT: It seems the TV guide got it wrong. Launch night is tomorrow
Today I bought a classic film and watched it.
I'll give you a clue as to what it is
"Bustin' makes me feel good!"
Bye for now
Love the naive and childish

Panic and Play
Woke up this morning to the terrible news of the explosion in the oil depot. I am sure I am not the only one whose first thought was 'this is not an accident', but I suppose petrol is very flammable and it wouldn't take much. I would be more suspcious if there was a fire in a fire extinguisher factory.
And now, is there gonna be more panic buying at the petrol pumps? I know what people in this country are like. Panic Panic Panic!
Today I must check to see how many presents I already have. I need to count up how much I have spent to see what I have left to use. Witht the odd presents I have picked up over the weeks, it all adds up. I must admit I have used the interweb more this year for buying presents, it is so much easier. Play.com is brilliant!
