Well I wouldn't have thought it. Two Months age Liverpool were so close to the bottom of the table, they could polish the legs. Now they are second after a 2-0 win over Middlesborough. Only Chelski is in front.

WEll I wouldnt have thought it. Brenda has been voted out of X-Factor. She was the best singer tonight. Andy Fandy should have gone or perhaps Cheesy South. But I suppose thats what voting does. Perhaps people thought she was safe and didnt vote for her.

Well, today I have put the christmas tree up. Every year we have had the same one but it was beginning to look a little sad. It had a wonky leg, a bent top and the branches were getting bare. So this year my OH bought a new one. Unfortunatley it is slighlty too big for the space we have. We now have to walk around it to get out of the door and it kind of swallows up the twinkly lights. Still it looks nice, and now I feel more Christmassy.

Also today I went to open a bag of rice and the whole thing split on me! There was a shower of rice everywhere. I tried to get most of it but I have a feeling we'll be finding grains of rice in strange places for weeks to come.

Still it's nearly christmas, the twinkly lights are on and the open fire is roaring. Nice and warm inside.
